The course(Future Thinking Training) brought a "Science" into business planning. Following Wai Leng's guidance step by step will lead to a well thought out business plan. The program was excellent as it allowed for thinking time. Most importantly, being in professional services, I achieved envisioning some potential new normals. An excellent program that serious business owners must attend with their management team.
